    • Introductory Fencing Bouts to help students apply what they learn in simple, guided matches

    Perfect for beginners ages 7 and up, this class lays a strong foundation for future development in fencing.

  • This class supports fencers who have moved beyond the basics and are developing stronger technical and tactical skills. Each session includes:

    • Moderate Physical Conditioning to build strength, agility, and endurance

    • Footwork and Hand Technique Drills focused on improving accuracy and consistency

    • Reflex and Reaction Exercises to develop better timing and responsiveness

    • Controlled Fencing Bouts to practice applying skills in a structured sparring environment

    This class is ideal for fencers preparing to advance toward the elite level through focused yet balanced training.

  • These classes are designed for advanced and adult or elite fencers and includes a comprehensive training structure:

    • Intense Physical Conditioning to improve endurance, strength, and agility.

    • Mental Strategy & Decision-Making Drills to sharpen tactical thinking under pressure.

    • Technical Training (TT) focusing on precision, timing, and complex actions.

    • Fencing Bouts to apply skills in a competitive, coached environment.
